Return Policies

If your order does not meet your satisfaction, simply return the product within 30 days of your receipt with a photo copy of the original invoice. We accept the following shipping methods:

• Standard U.S. Postal Service® (USPS)
• United Parcel Service (UPS)

NOTE: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; Alien Machine Worx does not refund the cost of shipping.

ACCEPTABLE RETURNS
Alien Machine Worx gladly accepts the following returned products:

• Clean products
• Undamaged products
• Unused products

NOTE: A restocking fee may accrue 15% Alien Machine Worx does not refund the cost of shipping.

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS
Alien Machine Worx cannot accept the following returned products:

• Stripped product
• Stretched product
• Products that are not returned in their entirety
